NBA Playoffs: Raptors, Jazz Advance To Second Round; Pacers Bury Cavs, Force Game Seven

The NBA Playoffs continued on Friday with three games.

EASTERN CONFERENCE:

At Washington:

Kyle Lowry scored 24 points as the Toronto Raptors closed out their conference quarterfinal series with the Washington Wizards by winning game six 102-92 on the road and taking the series four games to two.

Bradley Beal topped the Wizards with 32 points while John Wall added 23 as Washington's season came to an end with the defeat.

At Indianapolis:

A triple double for Victor Olapido (28 points, 13 rebounds, 10 assists) proved huge for the Indiana Pacers as they blindsided the visiting Cleveland Cavaliers 121-87 in game six of their opening-round series.

LeBron James led the Cavaliers with 22 points.

The series, now deadlocked at three games apiece, will conclude on Sunday in Cleveland (10:00 AM Pacific Time, ABC)

WESTERN CONFERENCE:

At Salt Lake City, Utah:

Donovan Mitchell scored 38 points as the Utah Jazz held off the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder 96-91 in game six of their conference quarterfinal series-----which the Jazz won four games to two.

Russell Westbrook scored 46 points to lead the Thunder while Steven Adams added 19 to go with his 16 rebounds.

The Jazz will take on the Houston Rockets in a conference semifinal series, set to open on Sunday in Houston (12:30 PM Pacific Time, ABC).
