In the opening game of the Eastern Conference Final on Saturday (as the third round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs commenced), seven different goal scorers each scored once (three of them--Ryan McDonagh, Derek Stepan, and Rick Nash--on the power play in the third period) as the New York Rangers laid waste to the Montreal Canadiens 7-2 on the road. Martin St. Louis, Mats Zuccarello, Chris Kreider, and Brad Richards also tallied for the Blueshirts.
