NBA Playoffs: LeBron Goes Wild As Heat Stop Nets To Put Brooklyn On Brink Of Elimination; Blazers Stop Spurs To Stay Alive In Series

The NBA Playoffs continued on Monday with two contests.

EASTERN CONFERENCE:

At Brooklyn:

LeBron James scored a playoff career-high-equaling 49 points as the Miami Heat defeated the Brooklyn Nets 102-96 on the road to take a three-games-to-one conference-semifinal-series lead.  The Heat can finish off the Nets back home in Miami with a game-five win on Wednesday.



WESTERN CONFERENCE:

At Portland, Oregon:

Damian Lillard scored 25 points as the Portland Trail Blazers averted elimination with a 103-92 game-four home victory over the San Antonio Spurs.  The Spurs, who still lead their conference semifinal series three games to one, can finish off the Blazers back home in San Antonio with a game-five victory on Wednesday.
