NBA Playoffs: Heat, Spurs Close Out Respective Series

Two games were played on Wednesday as the NBA Playoffs continued.

EASTERN CONFERENCE:

At Miami:

LeBron James scored 29 points while Dwyane Wade added 28 as the Miami Heat came from behind to upend the visiting Brooklyn Nets 96-94 in game five of their conference semifinal series despite 34 points from the Nets' Joe Johnson.  The Heat won the series four games to one and will face the Indiana-Washington series winner in the Eastern Conference Final.



WESTERN CONFERENCE:

At San Antonio:

Danny Green and Kawhi Leonard each scored 22 points as the San Antonio Spurs overcame Tony Parker's hamstring injury and dominated the visiting Portland Trail Blazers 104-82 in game five of their conference semifinal series, which they won four games to one, despite 21 points and 10 rebounds from the Blazers' LaMarcus Aldridge.  The Spurs will have home-court advantage in the Western Conference Final against the Los Angeles Clippers or Oklahoma City Thunder.
