Paul George scored 24 points while Roy Hibbert and David West each added 19 as the Indiana Pacers led wire-to-wire on Sunday, en route to a 107-96 victory over the visiting Miami Heat in the opening game of the Eastern Conference finals as the third round of the NBA Playoffs commenced. Dwyane Wade scored 27 points while LeBron James added 25 (to go with his 10 rebounds) to pace the Heat.
