Stanley Cup Playoffs: Bruins Storm Back To Square Series With Canadiens; OT Goal Gives Kings Victory Over Ducks In Freeway Series Opener

The Stanley Cup Playoffs continued on Saturday with two games.

EASTERN CONFERENCE:

At Boston:

Third-period goals from Dougie Hamilton, Patrice Bergeron, Reilly Smith, and Milan Lucic enabled the Boston Bruins to overcome a two-goal deficit and upend the visiting Montreal Canadiens 5-3 and square their conference semifinal series at one game apiece.

WESTERN CONFERENCE:

At Anaheim, California:

Marian Gaborik delivered the equalizer at 19:53 of the third period, then scored the game winner at 12:07 of overtime as the Los Angeles Kings came from behind to defeat the Anaheim Ducks 2-1 in the opening game of their conference semifinal series as the Kings and Ducks are meeting each other in the playoffs for the first time ever.
