The Pacific-12 Conference Men's Basketball Tournament opened on Wednesday at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada with four games.
In the opening contest, McKinley Wright IV scored 20 points and dished out eleven assists as the eighth-seeded Colorado Buffaloes (17-14) delivered a crippling blow to Arizona State's NCAA tourney chances by knocking off the ninth-seeded Sun Devils (20-11) 97-85.
Remy Martin topped ASU with 20 points.
In the second contest, Reid Travis scored 19 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead the fifth-seeded Stanford Cardinal (18-14) past the California Golden Bears (8-24) 76-58.
Darius McNeill top the Bears with 19 points as their season came to an end.
In the third game, Drew Eubanks scored 19 points as the tenth-seeded Oregon State Beavers (16-15) upended the Washington Huskies (20-12) 69-66 in overtime, delivering perhaps the knockout punch to the seventh-seeded Huskies' NCAA Tournament chances.
Matisse Thybulle topped Washington with 19 points.
In Wednesday's finale, MiKyle McIntosh and Payton Pritchard each scored 18 points as the sixth-seeded Oregon Ducks (21-11) kept their flickering NCAA Tournament chances alive after their 64-62 overtime victory over eleventh-seeded Washington State (12-19).
Malach Flynn topped the Cougars with 22 points.
