Jonathan Toews scored twice in the first period---once on the power play---on Saturday night as the Chicago Blackhawks assured themselves of their third appearance in the Stanley Cup Final in the last six years by defeating the Anaheim Ducks 5-3 on the road in the seventh and deciding game of the Western Conference Final.
Corey Crawford saved 35 of 38 Anaheim shots.
The Blackhawks will open the Stanley Cup Final on Wednesday on the road in Tampa against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
