At Houston:
James Harden scored a playoff career-high 45 points on Monday night (33 of them in the second half) as the Houston Rockets avoided a four-game sweep at the hands of the Golden State Warriors with a 128-115 game-four home win in the NBA Western Conference finals.
Josh Smith added to the Rockets' coffers with 20 points.
The Warriors, led by Klay Thompson's 24 points, Draymond Green's 21 (along with his 15 rebounds), and Stephen Curry's 20, still lead the series three games to one and can finish off the Rockets back home in Oakland on Wednesday.
