Stanley Cup Playoffs: Blackhawks One Victory Away From Sweeping Wild; OT Goal For Flames Cuts Calgary Series Deficit Against Ducks To 2-1

Two games were played in the Stanley Cup Playoffs on Tuesday, both of them contested in the Western Conference.

At St. Paul, Minnesota:

A first-period power-play goal from Patrick Kane provided all the scoring while Corey Crawford stopped all 30 shots in the Chicago Blackhawks' 1-0 game-three road win over the Minnesota Wild.  The Blackhawks, who lead their conference semifinal series three games to none, can finish off the Wild with a game-four victory at St. Paul on Thursday.

At Calgary, Alberta:

Mikael Backlund scored the winning goal at 4:24 of overtime as the Calgary Flames defeated the visiting Anaheim Ducks 4-3 in game three and cut the Ducks' conference-semifinal-series advantage to two games to one.
