At Houston:
James Harden scored 31 points while Trevor Ariza added 22 and Dwight Howard 16 (to go with his 15 rebonds) as the Houston Rockets kept the visiting Los Angeles Clippers at bay en route to a 113-100 game-seven victory and overcame a three-games-to-one deficit and won their series four games to three, ruining the Clippers' hope of advancing to what would have been the first conference final in their 45-year history as the second round of the NBA Playoffs concluded on Sunday.
Blake Griffin scored 27 points (to go with his eleven rebounds) and Chris Paul added 26 (to go with his ten assists) to pace Los Angeles.
The Rockets will open the Western Conference final (their first since 1997) against the Golden State Warriors in Oakland on Tuesday.
