Timbers, Caps Battle To Wild 2-2 Cascadia Cup Draw In Vancouver

Camilo Sanvezzo scored twice during a two-minute span (76', 78') as the Vancouver Whitecaps came back to salvage a 2-2 Sunday Major League Soccer (and Cascadia Cup) home draw with the Portland Timbers.  Darlington Nagbe delivered Portland's first goal in the 41st minute while Will Johnson briefly put the Timbers back in front with his strike in the 77th minute-----------smack dab in between the two Camilo tallies.

The Timbers, who remained two points in back of Western Conference-leading Real Salt Lake, will host their arch-rivals, the Seattle Sounders next Sunday night at 6:00 PM (ESPN) in a nationally-televised Cascadia Cup clash.
