At Detroit:

Austin Jackson drew a bases-loaded walk off Jake Peavy for the opening score of a five-run second inning on Wednesday as the Detroit Tigers built a big  lead, then held on for a 7-3 game-four victory over the visiting Boston Red Sox to square the American League Championship Series at two games apiece.  Torii Hunter had a two-run double and Miguel Cabrera drove in two more runs for the Tigers.
