Rashaad Reynolds returned two fumbles for touchdowns on Tuesday as the Oregon State Beavers (7-6) cruised past the Boise State Broncos (8-5) 38-23 in the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl as the Beavers snapped a five-game losing streak.
