Kevin Bailey scored 23 points while Thomas van Der Mars scored 17 of his 19 points in the second half as the Portland Pilots (6-3) defeated the Portland State Vikings (4-3) 92-76 on the road on Saturday night. Tim Douglas scored 27 points to pace the Vikings.
