Niners Pull Out Late Road Win Over Cardinals In Regular-Season Finale; Claim NFC's #5 Playoff Seed; Get Packers In Green Bay Next Sunday

At Glendale, Arizona:

Colin Kaepernick completed 21 of 34 passes for 310 yards and two touchdowns (four yards to Anquan Boldin and three to Vernon Davis, both in the first quarter) and Phil Dawson kicked three field goals, including the game winner as the game ended from 40 yards out as the San Francisco 49ers (12-4) closed out their National Football League regular season with six straight wins following their 23-20 road win on Sunday over the Arizona Cardinals (10-6).

The Niners will travel to Green Bay for an opening-round playoff game against the Packers next Sunday.
