Pac-12 Tournament: Bruins And Ducks To Battle For Title

The semifinal round of the Pacific-12 Conference Men's Basketball Tournament took place on Friday with both games played at Las Vegas.

In the opener, Jordan Adams scored 18 of his 24 points in the second half before suffering a season-ending injury by breaking his right foot as the top-seeded UCLA Bruins (#21 in the Associated Press poll, #25 in the USA Today/Coaches' rankings; 25-8) defeated the fourth-seeded Arizona Wildcats (#18 in the both polls; 25-7) 66-64.

In the nightcap, Damyean Dotson and E.J. Singler each scored 14 points to lead a balanced attack as the third-seeded Oregon Ducks (25-8) manhandled the tenth-seeded Utah Runnin' Utes (15-18) 64-45.

The Ducks and Bruins---both likely to make the NCAA tournament---will face off for the Pac-12 tourney crown and the automatic NCAA tournament berth on Saturday night at 8:00 PM Pacific Time (ESPN).
