Russ Smith scored 26 points as #1 Louisville (33-5) overcame sophomore guard Kevin Ware's gruesome leg injury and pulled away from #2 Duke (30-6) 85-63 to win the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament's Midwest Regional final.
The Cardinals will face the Wichita State Shockers in Saturday's first national semifinal game at Atlanta's Georgia Dome (3:09 PM Pacific Time, CBS).
