Joel Ward (with one on the power play, the other an empty netter) and Joe Pavelski (with one on the power play) each scored twice on Monday as the San Jose Sharks scored four unanswered goals en rout to a 6-3 game-five road win over the St. Louis Blues to take a three-games-to-two lead in the Western Conference Finals.
The Sharks can lock up their first-ever conference championship and a berth in their first-ever Stanley Cup Final with a game-six home victory in San Jose on Wednesday.
