In Saturday Major League Soccer action, Masato Kudo (60') and Christian Bolanos (66') each scored a goal as the Vancouver Whitecaps upended the visiting Portland Timbers 2-1 in a Cascadia Cup clash.
Nat Borchers scored for the Timbers in the 34th minute.
The Timbers will travel to Frisco, Texas for a contest against FC Dallas, set to start at 6:00 PM Pacific Time (ROOT Sports Northwest).
