NBA Playoffs: Thunder Storm Past Spurs, Take 3-2 Series Lead

At San Antonio:

Russell Westbrook scored 35 points and grabbed 11 rebounds while Kevin Durant added 23 as the Oklahoma City Thunder stormed from behind to upend the San Antonio Spurs 95-91 in game five of their Western Conference semifinal series, the lone Tuesday NBA Playoff contest.

Kawhi Leonard paced the Spurs with 26 points while LaMarcus Aldridge (who grabbed nine rebounds) and Danny Green each added 20.

The Thunder, who now lead the series three games to two, can close out the Spurs with a game-six home victory in Oklahoma City on Thursday.
