TALES OF TOMORROW Season One, Episode 38 The Miraculous serum (ABC-June 20, 1952)

Here's a kinescope of the June 20, 1952 ABC Network telecast of Tales of Tomorrow, the episode entitled "The Miraculous Serum."  In this one, a doctor invents a serum allowing animals to overcome any illness or injury by magnifying their adaptability. He tests it on an impoverished young woman, who's moments from death. Becoming healthier than she's ever been, she thanks him for "giving her the world," which for her is much more than a figure of speech.



The episode, complete commercials for the Kreisler's watch band as well as an ad for its' alternate sponsor, stars Lola Albright and Richard Derr and features Louis Hector.
