Luise Rainer, who was the first star to win back-to-back Academy Awards (Best Actress for her roles in "The Great Ziegfeld" and "The Good Earth" in 1936 and '37 respectively) and who had been the oldest living Oscar winner, passed away on Tuesday at her London home from Pneumonia at age 104.
