LeBron James (who delivered a triple double; 30 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists) made a layup as time expired in overtime as the Miami Heat took the opening game of their NBA Eastern Conference finals series 103-102 over the visiting Indiana Pacers. Paul George scored 27 points and David West added 26 to pace Indiana.
