AMERICAN PHAROAH GOES OUT A WINNER IN WINNING BREEDERS CUP CLASSIC

In his final race, Triple Crown winner American Pharoah, with Jockey Victor Espinoza aboard, led wire-to-wire on Saturday in winning the Breeders' Cup Classic.

Effinex, a 33-1 shot finished second and Honor Code finished third.

This was the first time that a Triple Crown winner had ever run in a Breeders' Cup race.
