Cardinals Spoil Opening Game Of Niners' NFC Title Defense

Quarterback Kyler Murray completed threw for 230 yards and a touchdown and ran 91 yards for another score while newly-acquired DeAndre Hopkins caught 14 passes for 151 yards and Kenyan Drake ran a yard for the game-winning touchdown in the fourth quarter as the Arizona Cardinals knocked off the defending NFC champion San Francisco 49ers 24-20 in the NFL regular-season opener for both squads, ruining the opening game of the Niners' conference-title defense and the hosts 75th season.
