The second round of the West Coast Conference Tournament took place on Thursday with two games played at Las Vegas.
In the opener, Anthony Ireland scored 16 points, two of them on a pair of critical free throws late in overtime as Loyola Marymount (10-22) knocked off San Francisco (14-16) 61-60, despite 23 points from the Dons' Cole Dickerson.
In the nightcap, San Diego (14-17) defeated Pepperdine (12-17) 62-59. Johnny Dee scored 16 points to pace the Toreros while Stacy Davis scored 19 (to go with his 11 rebounds) for the defeated Waves.
