Both Big Sky Conference Men's Basketball Tournament semifinal-round games were played on Friday at Missoula, Montana.
In the opener, Davion Berry scored 25 points while Kyle Tresnak scored the go-ahead basket with 19 seconds left as the second-seeded Weber State Wildcats (26-5) edged the third-seeded North Dakota Fighting Sioux (16-16) 76-74.
In the nightcap, Will Cherry scored 21 points while Kareem Jamar added 19 (to go with his 10 rebounds) as the top-seeded Montana Grizzlies (24-6) defeated the fifth-seeded Northern Colorado Bears (13-18) 70-56.
The Grizzlies and Wildcats will battle for the tournament title and an automatic NCAA tourney berth on Saturday at 4:00 PM Pacific Time (ESPNU)
