Tostitos Fiesta Bowl: UCF Knights Hold Off Baylor In BCS Debut (And Swan Song)

At Glendale, Arizona:

Blake Bortles threw for 301 yards and three touchdowns (two---of 50 and 34 yards---Rannell Hall and one of ten yards to Breshad Perryman) and ran 15 yards for another score while running back Storm Johnson carried the ball 20 times for 124 yards and three more TDs (11, 2, and 40 yards) on Wednesday night as the Central Florida Knights (#15 in the Bowl Championship Series standings and both the Associated Press and USA Today/Coaches polls; 12-1) knocked off the Baylor Bears (#6 in both the BCS and AP rankings, #5 in the Coaches' poll; 11-2) 52-42 in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.  It was the BCS debut---and swan song---for both schools.
