Gator Bowl: Huskers Get By Dawgs

At Jacksonville, Florida:

Tommy Armstrong, Jr. threw a 99-yard touchdown pass to Quincy Enunwa---the longest play in school history (the twosome also connected five yards for another score)---as the Nebraska Cornhuskers (9-4) avenged last year's Gator Bowl defeat and turned the tables on the Georgia Bulldogs (# 22 in the Bowl Championship Series standings, #23 in the Associated Press poll, #24 in the USA Today/Coaches rankings; 8-5) 24-19 in this year's edition, played on Wednesday in rainy Jacksonville.
