NBA Playoffs: Kawhi's Bouncing Buzzer Beater Sends Raptors To East Finals Against Bucks; Blazers Overcome 17-Point Deficit, Oust Nuggets On Road To Get Shot At Warriors

The second round of the NBA Playoffs concluded on Sunday with two games.

WESTERN CONFERENCE:

At Denver:

C.J. McCollum scored 37 points and grabbed nine rebounds as the Portland Trail Blazers came back from a 17-point second-period deficit to upend the Denver Nuggets 100-96 in the seventh and deciding game of their conference semifinal series.

Nikola Jokic paced the Nuggets with 29 points while grabbing 13 rebounds to lead the Nuggets.

The Blazers advanced to their first Western Conference Finals since 2000; they will open up that series against the Golden State Warriors in Oakland on Tuesday night.



EASTERN CONFERENCE:

At Toronto:

Kawhi Leonard, who scored 41 points and grabbed eight rebounds, hit a bouncing buzzer beater as time expired as the Toronto Raptors stunned the visiting Philadelphia 76ers 92-90 at home in the seventh and deciding game of their conference semifinal series, propelling the Raptors to the Eastern Conference Finals against the Milwaukee Bucks (set to open on Wednesday in Milwaukee).

Joel Embiid paced the Sixers with 21 points as all five starters scored in double figures.
