Timbers Fall At Colorado, Stay Winless In MLS Play On Road

At Commerce City, Colorado:

Sebastien Le Toux scored the only goal of the match in the 63rd minute on Saturday night as the Colorado Rapids locked up a berth in the MLS Cup playoffs with a 1-0 home victory over the Portland Timbers.

The Timbers, whose playoff chances suffered a potentially crippling blow with the defeat, remain the only Major League Soccer club to remain winless on the road in league play this season.

In stark contrast, Colorado has remained unbeaten at home.

Portland's next league match will be at home on Sunday, October 16 as they host the same Rapids at 2:00 PM Pacific Time (ROOT Sports Northwest).
