Conor Gillaspie delivered a three-run homer in the ninth inning on Tuesday night while Madison Bumgarner pitched a complet-game, four-hit six-strikeout shutout as the San Francisco Giants defeated the home-standing New York Mets 3-0 in the National League Wild-Card Game.
The Giants will open a National League divisional playoff series against the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field in the Windy City on Friday night.
