Coco Crisp hit a two-run homer on Monday as the Cleveland Indians defeated the Boston Red Sox 4-3 on the road and completed their three-game American League divisional playoff series sweep.
The Indians will face the Toronto Blue Jays in the American League Championship Series (the first for the Tribe since 2007) which opens on Friday in Cleveland.
