Crappy Thanksgiving For Riders As Montreal Throttles Saskatchewan At Home; Roughriders Still Clinch Playoff Berth

At Montreal:

Quarterback Jonathan Crompton completed 12 of 25 passes for 225 yards and three touchdowns (four of the completions, 107 of those yards, and two of those TDs went to Duron Carter) on Monday as the Montreal Alouettes (6-8) , who retired former legendary quarterback Anthony Calvillo's #13 jersey, throttled the slumping Saskatchewan Roughriders (9-6) 40-9 in Thanksgiving (in Canada) Monday Canadian Football League action.

The Riders have dropped three  straight contests and four of their last five games.  Still, Saskatchewan clinched a berth in the Grey Cup Playoffs despite the setback.
