At San Diego:
Josh McSwiggan scored 15 points on Thursday night as the Portland Pilots (7-13 overall, 1-6 in WCC) picked up their first conference win of the season, 55-49 on the road over the San Diego Toreros (13-6, 4-3).
Isaiah Pineiro topped the Toreros with 26 points while grabbing 11 rebounds. However, he was the only San Diego player to score in double figures.
