NCAA East: ONE TOO MANY CLIFF HANGERS FOR DUKE AS MICHIGAN STATE PUNCH TICKETS FOR MINNEAPOLIS

At Capital One Arena, Washington:

Cassius Winston scored 20 points and dished out ten assists on Sunday as the second-seeded Michigan State Spartans (32-6) upended the top-seeded Duke Blue Devils (32-6) 68-67 in the final of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament's East Regional.

The Spartans will make their first Final Four appearance since 2015.

Zion Williamson (who grabbed 14 rebounds) scored 24 points while R.J. Barrett added 21 to pace the Blue Devils.
