Cameron Forte scored 17 points on Saturday night while Calaen Robinson added 14----three of them with two seconds left-----as the Portland State Vikings (10-17 overall, 6-10 in Big Sky play) upended the home-standing Northern Colorado Bears (9-19, 6-10) 89-86.
Anthony Johnson paced the Bears with 30 points.
