Elgin Cook scored 16 of his 24 points in the second half on Wednesday as the Oregon Ducks (#13 in both the Associated Press and USA Today/Coaches polls; 22-6 overall, 11-4 in Pac-12 play) recorded a school-record 24th straight home victory by defeating the visiting Washington State Cougars (9-19, 1-15) 76-62.
Chris Boucher aided the Ducks' cause by scoring 18 points and grabbing 13 rebounds.
