Stephen Thompson, who scored 18 points, hit the game-winning three-pointer as time expired on Wednesday as the Oregon State Beavers (16-10 overall, 7-8 in Pac-12 play) upended the visiting Washington Huskies (16-12, 8-8) 82-81.
Drew Eubanks added 17 points (to go with his 13 rebounds), Tres Tinkle 16, and Gary Payton II 15 (to go with his ten rebounds and five steals) to the Beavers' coffers.
The Huskies' Andrew Andrews paced all scorers with 30 points, but the guests have now dropped five of their last six games.
