Grey Cup Playoffs: It's REDBLACKS vs. Stampeders For The Marbles

The Canadian Football League's Grey Cup Playoffs resumed on Sunday with both divisional finals.

EASTERN DIVISION:

At Ottawa:

Kienan LaFrance ran for 157 and locked up the game with his late fourth-quarter touchdown as the Ottawa REDBLACKS avenged their Grey Cup Final defeat from last year by ousting the visiting Edmonton Eskimos 35-23 in the Eastern Division Final that was contest in the snowy Canadian capital city.

In only their third season of existence, the REDBLACKS will be playing in their second Grey Cup Final next Sunday in Toronto.



WESTERN DIVISION:

At Calgary, Alberta:

Quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell completed 21 of 28 passes for 365 yards and three touchdowns as the Calgary Stampeders took the Western Division Final by dominating the visiting British Columbia Lions 42-15.


The Calgary Stampeders and Ottawa REDBLACKS will play in the 104th Grey Cup Final, set to be contested next Sunday at BMO Field in Toronto.
