Quarterback Justin Herbert connected with Darren Carrington on a 17-yard touchdown pass with two seconds remaining on Saturday as the Oregon Ducks (4-7 overall, 2-6 in Pac-12 play) upended the home-standing Utah Runnin' Utes (8-3, 5-3; #12 in the College Football Playoff rankings, #11 in the Associated Press and USA Today/Amway Coaches polls) 30-28.
The defeat, coupled with Colorado's victory over Washington State, ended the Utes' chances of winning the Pac-12 Conference Southern Division title.
