Alec Wintering scored 19 points on Saturday as the Portland Pilots (6-7) handed Cal State-Fullerton (6-5) their fourth consecutive defeat, 65-60 in the Far West Classic, despite 25 points from the Titans' Khalil Ahmad.
The Pilots open West Coast Conference play on Monday against Loyola Marymount.
