Samuel Goldwyn, Jr., Hollywood Scion, R.I.P.

Samuel Goldwyn, Jr., son of the legendary same-named motion picture producer who went on to become an influential executive in his own right, while supporting young directors and advancing the independent film movement, passed away on Friday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles from congestive heart failure at age 88.
