In the final college game played at the Georgia Dome, running back Bo Scarborough ran for 180 yards and two touchdowns on Saturday as the top-seeded Alabama Crimson Tide (14-0) overcame an early 7-0 deficit by scoring 24 unanswered points and smothered the fourth-seeded Washington Huskies (13-1) 24-7 in opening semifinal match of the College Football Playoff, also known as the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. The defending champions will return to the National Championship Game, set for 5:30 PM Pacific Time at Tampa, Florida, airing on ESPN.
