The Greatest Packard Of Them All, Eh?

Here's a two-page magazine ad for the 1956 Packard.

And remember, these cars came with electronic push-button drive.

It was the last year for the Detroit-built Packards.  For the final two years of the marque (1957, 1958), the cars were build at the Studebaker plant in South Bend, Indiana.  Those were the much-maligned "Packardbakers."
