Bad News For Catherine Gale and Emma Peel: Patrick Macnee, Who Starred As John Steed On "The Avengers," R.I.P.
Patrick Macnee, the British-born actor best remembered for portraying the British secret agent John Steed on the 1960s British-produced television series The Avengers, passed away on Thursday at his Rancho Mirage, California home at age 93 from natural causes.
