Shut Up!

During World War II, it was not only bad enough that no new cars, appliances, or electronics were manufactured (and many repairmen were in the service at the time), and that many staples such as sugar, butter, and gasoline were rationed, you were being advised to basically keep your mouth closed for fear that somebody who might be an enemy agent might overhear you.
