Cassius Winston scored 20 points and dished out ten assists on Sunday as the second-seeded Michigan State Spartans (32-6) upended the top-seeded Duke Blue Devils (32-6) 68-67 in the final of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament's East Regional.
The Spartans will make their first Final Four appearance since 2015.
Zion Williamson (who grabbed 14 rebounds) scored 24 points while R.J. Barrett added 21 to pace the Blue Devils.

Malik Newman scored 32 points on Sunday as the top-seeded Kansas Jayhawks (31-7) outdueled the second-seeded Duke Blue Devils (29-8) 85-81 in overtime to capture the final of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament Midwest Regional and return to the Final Four.
Trevon Duval topped the Blue Devils with 20 points.
The Jayhawks will take on the Villanova Wildcats in a national semifinal game to be contested this coming Saturday in San Antonio.

Ross ("Don't Call Me Atremus Gordon") Martin kicked a 36-yard field goal in overtime to lift the Duke Blue Devils (8-5) to their first post-season victory since the 1961 Cotton Bowl, a 44-41 triumph over the Indiana Hoosiers (6-7) in Saturday's Pinstripe Bowl.
The Hoosiers are still waiting for their first bowl win since the 1991 Copper Bowl.

Kyle Singler (named Most Outstanding Player) scored 19 points and grabbed 9 rebounds for the Blue Devils. Jon Scheyer had 15 points and Nolan Smith added 13 for Duke. Gordon Heyward (whose three-point shot from mid-court at the buzzer did not drop in) and Shelvin Mack each scored 12 points for the hometown Bulldogs.
