Texas Bowl: Aggies Overcome Cowboys Of OSU

At Houston:

Quarterback Kellen Mond threw for 95 yards and a touchdown while running for 117 yards and another score as the Texas A&M Aggies (8-5) scored 24 unanswered points en route to a 24-21 Texas Bowl victory over the Oklahoma State Cowboys (#25 CFP; 8-5) on Friday.

Aggies Cool Off Hot Beavers

At College Station, Texas:

Josh Nebo scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds on Saturday as the Texas A&M Aggies (5-5) snapped Oregon State's seven-game winning streak by cooling off the visiting Beavers (9-2) 64-49.

Tres Tinkle paced the Beavers with 21 points as he was the only OSU player to score in double figures.

Gator Bowl: Aggies Demolish NC State

At Jacksonville, Florida:

In Monday's Gator Bowl, Trayveon Williams ran for 236 yards and three touchdowns as the Texas A and M Aggies (#19 in the CFP rankings; 9-4) demolished the North Carolina State Wolfpack (9-4) 52-13.

Dam City Classic: A&M Bests Beavers In Portland

At Portland, Oregon:

In Saturday action from the Dam City Classic, T.J. Starks scored 18 points and dished out eight assists as the Texas A&M Aggies (4-4) defeated the Oregon State Beavers (6-3) 67-64.

Ethan Thompson paced the Beavers with 20 points.

Belk Bowl: Demon Deacons Top Aggies In Wild Affair In Charlotte

At Charlotte, North Carolina:


Quarterback John Wolford threw for 400 yards and four touchdowns on Friday as the Wake Forest Demon Deacons (8-5) defeated the Texas A&M Aggies (7-6) 55-52 in the Belk Bowl.


The Aggies' Nick Starkel threw for 499 yards and a touchdown.

Texas Bowl: K-State Tops A&M

At Houston:

Jesse Ertz threw for 195 yards and a touchdown and ran for two more scores on Wednesday night as the Kansas State Wildcats (9-4) defeated the Texas A&M Aggies (8-5) 33-28 in the AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl as the Wildcats completed a perfect season (5-0) against teams from the Lone Star State (they also defeated Texas Tech, Texas, Baylor, and Texas Christian).

Music City Bowl: Lamar Jackson Powers Cardinals Past Aggies

At Nashville, Tennessee:

Running back Lamar Jackson ran for both a career-high and game-record 226 yards as well as a pair of touchdowns on Wednesday night as the Louisville Cardinals (8-5) picked up their eighth win in their last ten games (after opening the season 0-3) with a 27-21 Music City Bowl victory over the Texas A&M Aggies (8-5).

Liberty Bowl: Aggies Win Wild One Over Mountaineers

At Memphis, Tennessee:

Kyle Allen threw for four touchdowns and ran for another on Monday as the Texas A&M Aggies (8-5) held off the West Virginia Mountaineers (7-6) 45-37 in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl.  This was the 50th edition to be played in Memphis, the series actually started in Philadelphia in 1959, then moved to Atlantic City in 1964 before moving to its' current home in 1965.

Chick-fil-A Bowl: Johnny Football Helps Save The Day For A&M

At Atlanta:

Johnny Manziel completed 30 of 38 passes for 382 yards and carried the ball 11 times for 73 yards and another score while Toney Hurd, Jr. intercepted a pass and ran it back 55 yards for the game-winning TD with 3:33 remaining as the Texas A&M Aggies (#21 in the Bowl Championship Series standings, #20 in the Associated Press poll, tied for #21 in the USA Today/Coaches poll; 9-4) overcame a 21-point halftime deficit and upended the Duke Blue Devils (#24 in BCS, #22 in the AP poll, #21 in the Coaches' poll; 10-4) 52-48 in Tuesday's Chick-fil-A Bowl.

Cotton Bowl: Johnny Heisman Singlehandedly Dismantles Sooners

At Arlington, Texas:

Quarterback Johnny Manziel ran for two touchdowns (runs of 23 and 5 yards), threw for two more (33 yards to Ryan Swope and 34 to Uzoma Nwachukwu), and set a Cotton Bowl record with 516 total yards on Friday night as the Texas A&M Aggies (#9 in the Bowl Championship Series rankings and USA Today/Coaches poll, #10 in the Associated Press poll;11-2) busted open what had been a close contest at halftime and routed the Oklahoma Sooners (#11 in the BCS and coaches' rankings, #12 in the AP poll; 10-3) 41-13.

Meineke Car Care Bowl: Aggies Hold Off Wildcats For First Bowl Win Since 2001; Northwestern Still Seeking First Bowl Win Since '49

At Houston:


Quarterback Ryan Tannenhill threw for 329 yards and a touchdown while running back Ben Malena ran for two more scores as Texas A&M (7-6) held off Northwestern (6-7) 33-22 in Saturday's Meineke Car Care Bowl.  The win was the first in a bowl game for the Aggies since 2001 while the Wildcats, whose last bowl win came in the 1949 Rose Bowl, have lost an NCAA record-tying ninth straight bowl game.

Quarterback Joe Cox threw for two touchdowns and running back Caleb King ran for two more as Georgia (8-5) broke open a game that was deadlocked early in the third quarter and overpowered Texas A&M (6-7) 44-20 in Monday's Advocare 100 Independence Bowl.
